The service

OpenHR is a multi-tenant HR management application with module-based access. Public self-service checkout is disabled while automatic tenant and administrator provisioning is completed.

Billing

No public price, billing cadence, discount, refund policy, or cancellation right is promised by this page. Those details must be confirmed in binding terms before payment.

Evaluation access

Private-beta access is provisioned manually. Any evaluation duration, permitted data, environment, support, and end-of-evaluation handling are confirmed during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Customers agree not to use OpenHR to violate applicable employment, privacy, or anti-spam laws; not to reverse-engineer the service for the purpose of building a competing product; and not to circumvent the entitlement and quota systems.

Customer data

Data ownership, processing instructions, security obligations, subprocessors, incident notification, retention, export, and deletion must be covered by the applicable agreement. See the Privacy page for current product limitations.

Cancellation

Termination, refunds, transition assistance, export windows, and deletion timelines are contract terms. The application does not yet automate a universal 30-day export-and-delete lifecycle.

Do not rely on this page as a contract. The deployment operator must publish or execute binding terms before production use.
